Pros

Some degree of flexibility and independence

Cons

Indifferent and incompetent management Rigid company structure Internal system from the 1970s No room for growth and development Awful internal learning system that doesn’t keep up with modern industries Company will cut corners at anything and everything, including your benefits Does not comply with required compensation and benefit standards imposed by the client requiring ethics&legal inquiry Worst and most unsupportive HR I’ve ever experienced Unethical company. Will manipulate deliverables stats instead of improving quality of output Lower than average compensation Constant retention issues that no one will even attempt to fix

Pros

Good training, salary, benefits, promotes work/life balance

Cons

management group is extremely unprofessional, and HR allows it. Reporting or calling out the unprofessional actions will get you blacklisted, so either deal with it or find another job somewhere else. There is a lot of favoritism within the organization as well. Worst job of my entire career.

Pros

Fully remote, decent 401(k) and benefits. Coworkers support one another.

Cons

Imagine an airplane with one wing on fire and the pilot is a flat earther who also denies the wing is on fire. That's this company, bad situation made worse by incompetent middle and senior management who always pass the buck. Management is detached from reality, imposing long unreasonable hours on rank-and-file associates, ignores supervisors who call attention to the burnout, then is shocked when a ton of people quit. Technology problems all day every day, with no resolution. Clearly their tech is ancient because their HR won't allow you to select "doctor" when choosing a female beneficiary or dependent, only a male. Onshore management grandfathered from the Vanguard buyout are basically powerless, and offshore senior management from Infosys are basically clueless, or just don't care, taking "minimum viable product" to a whole new level. Forced ranking for performance reviews. Raise structure is low and has a 6 month delay from the year-end period. Underpaid for the industry overall.
