Pros
Good work culture, great ambience, great communal facilities, awsome process structure in any administrative activity, great support system to huge number of employees.
Cons
Change in policies with respect of employee growth and break and mould them whenever under pressure. Not a good overall package offered in terms of money. Weak middle level management and their definition of work. Although aim is there for technical advancement of employees, but the model just doesn't seem to work. Flow of information across levels of management. Policy of trying to keep everyone happy at any cost. Expectations set to clients at hihger management level at the offset is utterly indianised and needs improvement as quickly possible. Scarcity of people who give solutions and scarcity of people at high level who challenge.
