Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to creating and maintaining a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I’m disappointed to hear about some of your experiences . We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but wanted to address a few of your specific concerns. Professional development is something that is crucial to us as an organization in order to retain good talent. As an organization we continue to create levels and layers within each department to enable growth in addition to the $5,000 annual education reimbursement that is available to all employees. We trust our employees as professional adults with the freedom to take control of their careers at Ingenious Med and explore various internal opportunities. Our wish is that any employee would feel comfortable speaking up if there is additional professional development they would like to pursue. We continue to evaluate the compensation structure of the sales organization annually including the variable compensation piece. With the upcoming changes in 2017, we are in-line with the market and industry.
