They reliably pay on time

Complete lack of a safety culture. EHS will take you through safety policies when hired, only for all the management and leadership to not enforce a single one. SOP's are months if not years out of date, lack crucial information/steps, and are ambiguous enough to be detrimental to the learning and assembly process. Electrical standards are sorely lacking. Ferrules of wrong size are crimped on wires which will easily fall off, wires are left overpenetrating or under penetrating ferrules, wires are left improperly secured in assemblies and can fall out. Overall review: Poor standards and apathetic managers have resulted in an unsafe and extremely low quality work environment. Working here will teach you in ways that are detrimental to your career development. The worst manufacturing facility I have ever been in.
