Promotes from within, good pay for leads but even if they have no experience as a lead they get the same pay

Cons

Lack of parts,very poor planning, NEVER follows through with new projects, blames employees for issues they never created

Awful management from the front line all the way to the top Haggard working conditions (Insanely hot in the shop with no A/C, gigantic ovens running around the clock) (Extremely loud) Poor planning by the leadership and lack of willingness to change Crooked HR coordinator that does not value objectivity or truth Exposure to hazardous chemicals with no, or poor, provisions Honesty and objective evaluation is not the norm Very cutthroat and cliquey Terrible culture Business is awful with no signs of improving Layoffs are common, turnover rate is historically high Careless leadership throughout
