      Pros

      A lot of great people work there. Everyone is bound by a sense of doing what you have to do to pay the bills. There is a strange community that you become part of over time.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about it's employees. At the end of the day, even the store managers are crapped on by corporate level management. There are worthless benefits offered by the company unless you're upper management. They might as well not offer anything.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, relatively easy work, most positions in the store are indoors, so bad weather isn't an issue. Most of the customers are pleasant.

      Cons

      Low pay, frequent nights, weekends and holidays, low morale, some of the customers are rude. I was injured in my off time because of things that happened at work. It could and should have been avoided.
