Great people at store level

Cons

Where can I begin first they give you enough work for three people and they wanted it done by a certain time with no overtime. I tell you not to work off the clock but they tell you to do what ever it takes to get this work done and not go over your hours. Ever since Ingles Senior died upper management do not care about there employees .

Pros

Flexible schedule, relatively easy work, most positions in the store are indoors, so bad weather isn't an issue. Most of the customers are pleasant.

Cons

Low pay, frequent nights, weekends and holidays, low morale, some of the customers are rude. I was injured in my off time because of things that happened at work. It could and should have been avoided.
