Management is very biased towards certain individuals and has caused many of its best employees to turn their backs and walk out of the job. If you simply communicate and work things out in a professional manner instead of being condescending and belittling Many of the employees that have left would still have remained there. Management takes no constructive criticism and makes cutting corners in order to save money their modus operandi, in turn hurting their employees and greatly diminishing the health of the workplace environment.
