Pros

Great salary, residents are kind and wonderful to work with. Gorgeous building and apartments. Delicious food.

Cons

Executive and corporate staff are micromanagers and behave very unprofessionally. Talk negatively behind people's backs, over critical, while smiling to your face. Do not appreciate accomplishments or work done. High pressure and expectations with little support. Talk about you behind your back to your co-workers.
