Pros

Its great that IEHP actually takes 6 weeks to train a member services representative. It all makes sense towards the end of training and when your out in the call center. IEHP offers great benefit pack and offers CalPers for retirement. Great place for opportunity as well . they're promoting some people that look 27 years old to supervisor. Wow. They're desperate because there's so much work.

Cons

IEHP is not union based company. Therefore if someone doesn't really like you in management., they will play favorites. I noticed the favorites game straight from training. The company promotes team culture but they show differently. Ive seen more serious or quiet employees get discriminated upon. The management team and trainers will give you a hard time when you ask them questions.

Pros

IEHP is a great company with amazing benefits and decent pay. Coworkers are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

There is a high turnover, and unfilled positions have resulted in employees taking on additional work responsibilities.
