      some people are good and helpful

      1. lowest compare to other health plan in So-Cal 2. dysfunctional leadership who continuously threaten the employee of 5 day on site. 3. lack of leadership quality 4. projects after projects without a holistic approach except keep demanding for results. 5. chaotic communication, people don't know what they are doing. 6. A LOT of babysitting which made me think I am working at an adult day care.

      Dr. G is great at keeping the employees abreast of the company's status financially, company is really nice and their is a big cafeteria inside for the employees

      Cons

      They need to hire new HR people those girls in HR obviously dont know how to staff, with all my experience it should not be hard to get a job with the organization but for some reason every time I apply I get turned down.
