Pros

My manager has been very kind to me. He’s always looked out for me and helped me when I was new and still looks out for me to this day. Thankfully the management treats all of their staff this way. Not once have I ever felt lost or confused. I have many company resources at my disposal to help me do my job properly.

Cons

Lack of health insurance. Hopefully they offer this in the future.

Supportive and approachable leadership who truly care about employee development. Exposure to diverse projects and client projects, especially in Machine Learning & AI Clear expectations, timely feedback, and recognition for good work. Great work-life balance and flexibility when needed. Opportunity to work closely with clients and make real impact. Yearly family events and new year dinner Leadership support and guidance in other general matter beyond office requirements

Cons

No major cons during my time although some internal processes can improve, but leadership was always open to feedback.
