I’ve been with the company for years now and let me just say that there’s honestly no better place to work! The list of things that are great about this place is endless, but I’ll try to touch on at least the most important ones here. But just know that you won’t even be scratching the surface of why we all love working here so much until you start working here yourself. There’s just an indescribable quality to the atmosphere here that makes it a genuine pleasure to come into work every morning. But the following is just MY personal list of the best things about working at Macrosoft: 1. They actually pay their employees what we’re worth and don’t nickel and dime us. 2. Every company decision is based on our values and our mission. 3. We’ve got an amazing group of people in the office who are a joy to work with. 4. A very strong emphasis on work/life balance. 5. Plenty of opportunities to move up. 6. Hard work is publicly recognized and rewarded. 7. Fun company events and holiday party. No company is perfect and Macrosoft is, obviously, no exception. That being said, it gets about as close to perfection as any work environment I’ve experienced in my life. So, there’s that to consider.
Cons
Like I said, Macrosoft isn’t perfect. But it’s pretty darn close. Close enough I think you should make your own mind up about whether or not it’s the right fit for you instead of basing it on what other people’s review say.
