Pros
If you are flexible and love a challenging, ever-changing environment, then Macrosoft is for you. Things move at a lightning pace here and the jobs can be very demanding, but it’s also incredibly exciting and impossible to ever get bored here. Sometimes turnarounds are tighter than it seems possible to accomplish, but I love when that happens because the entire team bands together to get it done and we constantly show each other how even the most impossible deadlines are possible when we work together. Leadership is knowledgeable and focused, and they excel at finding the right person for the right job (which really is half the battle when it comes to making things run smoothly). Hours are typically M-F, 8-5 with lots of flexibility depending on projects and other responsibilities.
Cons
I don’t have much to add to this section. I’ve enjoyed my time here at Macrosoft and can’t think of a single complaint I could possibly have.
