None really. Local staff was good.

Cons

You're just a warm body. I gave my all to this company. The Regional team barely worked with our clinic, I was dismissed any time I needed assistance, was laughed at when I said I wanted to apply for a corporate opening, when I resigned to my PO, NO ONE reached out to me! All white corporate staff that your hospital profits pay their 6 figure salaries. Don't believe the hype. Not a good place to work. RUN!

If you are proactive and enjoy building processes or solving problems, there is a lot of room to grow and make an impact.

Nice facility, Good clients, great location

Cons

Management lies about facts and details to support their narrative. Employees who complain are ignored or penalized. One doctor is rude to staff she does not like and has created unhealthy work environment for any who is not in her clique. Customer service has been degrading as they will not listen to good staff members and thus lose them.
