Pros
Overall, there are some great people at Innovetive Petcare. Across both the individual hospital locations and at the home office. Good people who care and want to do a great job with limited resources.
Cons
Unfortunately, the valued placed on these great people is only surface level and does not reflect in the decision and culture at the top. Lots of department silos that leads to poor communication and a poor reflection to our clinical teams. Beyond this, there is heavy avoidance of being inclusive and driving diversity within the team. There are a lot of beliefs that are centered in the views of the state they are based in (Texas). People are promoted for the wrong reason and promote negativity between departments with too much emotional and personal drama that detracts from the overall purpose.
