There is absolutely no training in the department I work in. Basically a coworker tries to briefly explain procedures and daily tasks and you are on your own. Employees show up whenever they want although we punch in, but there is absolutely no policies on attendance or punctuality, so that really sets production back when you are constantly short handed.
