      Pros

      They have a very friendly atmosphere. There are many opportunities to grow inside the company. Having 4 weeks of PTO starting out is pretty nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes you will be in the middle of a project just to have another one take it's place.

      Honestly, I can't think of any significant cons. Every company has its challenges, but the positives here far outweigh them.
