Business Outlook
Pros
I have never worked for an organization that has such a people first mentality. From the CEO down, everyone really cares about their teammates. I held a critical role but a new opportunity presented itself within the company....I received nothing but encouragement and support to take on the new position. It is a business- but the leadership seems to get the fact that if they treat their people well then they will be better for it.
Cons
The only downside is that it is a large and growing company - which inevitably means there will be change.
