Pros

-Great for kids straight out of college to get quick cash & experience. -Fun happy hours -The eye candy is not bad, if you are single -Quick interview process(Much more below on that part) -Resume builder

Cons

Where to begin: -First off, they blow through the interview process, and plug you into a boring desk job, basically doing secretary level paperwork, and they want you to have a Bachelor's degree, and get paid $34,000... -The mid-level management is full of kids that stayed long enough to get promoted. not one manager was qualified, they were just dumb enough to stick around, instead of jump ship and go get paid somewhere. -The product the sales team sells will not motivate you to come to work every day. Like really, you sell redundant IT service contracts to idiots that cant find work themselves. If what your company produces or does motivates you, this will not work out for you. The IT guys the sales team finds are idiots that end up needing their hand held through every process they go through (make no mistake, the corporate kids are the ones to do all of this for them, the sales guys will not do it because that gets in the way of their commission time). -If you like respect, also look elsewhere. The only priority here is the sales team, and if you are interviewing for the corporate job, you need to accept that you come distant second to the sales team. Worst part is, the sales team knows this, and they will end up making you do all the paperwork for them so they can go get more commission. -PAY: you WILL NOT make more than $35,000 straight out of college here, and they try to make you feel grateful to them for whatever they offer you. If you need quick cash, take this job, and immediately look for another job. Their raises are a joke, and the only people who make money are the Account Managers on the sales team, and the partners/ownership of course. -Bottom line: Glenn Johnson has a really good scam going here. He hires hyper frat boys, and hot sorority girls to go out there and fill IT jobs for companies that do not want full time benefit employees, but rather a contractor work force to do simple IT jobs for 6 months. The only people who make money in this company are a few people on the sales team, and they fire anyone at the drop of a hat if they don't like them. If you want to make some real money, go and take the extra few weeks and find a real career, and bypass this joke of a job in Atlanta.

Pros

Lots of virtue signaling. Halloween was huge.

Cons

IG has one of the most toxic workplace cultures I've experienced. Poor leadership, cliquish behavior, constant office drama, frequent verbal abuse, and an excessively loud work environment create a culture where professionalism takes a back seat. Success often seems less dependent on performance than on whether you're part of the "in" crowd. If a favored leader or influential employee decides they don't like you, your contributions quickly become irrelevant. Even when concerns are documented, supported with evidence, and raised through the appropriate leadership channels, employees can find themselves facing retaliation rather than resolution. Although the company advertises a hybrid work model, there is significant pressure to be in the office nearly every day, with employees who don't conform experiencing negative consequences. The company publicly promotes values around inclusion, respect, and corporate responsibility, but my experience did not reflect those messages. The gap between the company's external branding and its internal culture was striking. My direct manager regularly yelled, cursed at me, and made insulting remarks. Sexist jokes and comments from leaders were not uncommon, and management failed to address this behavior despite being aware of it. Instead of investigating concerns or holding people accountable, retaliation appeared to be the preferred response. After many years in the workforce, this was the most unprofessional and dysfunctional organization I've encountered. Before accepting a position, I would strongly encourage prospective employees to read reviews from former employees across multiple platforms and consider recurring themes carefully.
