Pros
Your coworkers are your age (22+) so I met some of my bestfriends there. Basically because we all bonded over how miserable we were.
Cons
Everything. Be there at 7:45 most mornings (7:20 two days a week) If you're 1 minute late, you get pulled into a room and get written up. You "can" leave at 5 but it's frowned upon. Every Tuesday morning you meet with you account manager aka "mentor" and they go over your report, which really means yelling at you and asking why you didn't meet their INSANE weekly numbers you need to hit. You're constantly paranoid and scared that you might make one small mistake or get stuck in traffic and lose your damn job. They ASSIGN you a lunch time, and don't even think about being one minute late after your hour is up. They micromanage you and treat you like an untrustworthy child. Not to mention the base pay is horrible. If you want to be a pro recruiter instead of sales, you have to hit basically 11k in spread in order to get commission. While the sales people only have to hit 3k. This was the absolute worst 10 months of my life. Do not work here, don't let the corporate recruiters convince you.
