-Lots of opportuntiies for career advancement and financial stability as long as you're willing to work hard! -Work hard, play hard type of mentality -Hires lots of recent college grads, so great opportunity for young professionals -All of my coworkers are hard working, outgoing, personable, fun, etc. -When you start off as a recruiter-in-training, there is a structured process that allows you to follow a path to success in sales. They also send you to training in Atlanta within your first two months -My coworkers are my friends outside of work -My Account Managers motivate and encourage me -Great first step into sales -Great corporate culture--the company really values family and personal life outside of work -Lots of get-togethers with coworkers after work and your significant other/spouse is always encouraged to attend! -The company does fundraisers and participates in philanthropies throughout the year -We are the 6th largest staffing firm and are continuing to grow very quickly

-Long hours, but it's worth it if you want to succeed -The base salary is a little low initially, although there is the possiblity of commission, and promotions generally come within 6-12 months. -Semi-high turnover in employees
