Pros
Honestly there are some amazing people that work there and the company culture is second to none. People there become best friends and roommates, you're ENCOURAGED to go out with your coworkers! Good people get rewarded and it is strictly internal promotion so everyone above you has been in your shoes.
Cons
Unless you are prepared to live and breathe sales day in and day out, this job is not right for you! Any sign of weakness and you're essentially left behind, there is over a 60% turn over rate in the first 6 months so they expect people to fail to essentially weed out the weak. If you don't have a good relationship with your account manager, you will hate your life and quit, but if you have a good relationship they can be an invaluable resource. Basically, a good mentor can make or break this job. Also it's pretty much all Greek so if you don't like frat guys/sorority girls you won't fit in, and if you don't fit in you won't go far.
