Pros

Free cookies and Monday Grubhub stipend

Cons

Extreme burnout due to constant communication/demands after hours and on weekends and holidays with very little follow through from management on status of these asks. A complete lack of understanding from the C-Suite including job functions and industry trends, with obsessive micro-managing across the board. There's also a constant, chaotic turnover and firings without proper understanding of these roles, and a lack of communication as to the impact of these decisions. Processes are non-existent from on-boarding and beyond, and you will often not receive clear answers or exceptions of how to improve how your tasks/teams function. A deeply unserious organization that often feels like a vanity project.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
