Pros

- Pretty easy, low-stress job barring some special occasions (holiday shifts, game days, etc.) - Better benefits than usual for a part-time job - Fairly flexible scheduling - Free treats & they donate leftovers which is nice of them - Fun vibes at work, coworkers mostly chill

Cons

- VERY minimal hours when schools go on break for summer and winter - Frequent cycling of managers - Building not kept in great shape, maintenance issues would sometimes go unaddressed by management for prolonged periods of time - Fairly high turnover rate (perhaps somewhat to be expected as they hire many college students) - Pay is nothing special

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
