Sometimes upper management is hectic

Managers in charge were incompetent. No prior food service experience. Not servsafe trained. District manager was certified as a proctor and held a class and a test and certified all. Arrived at a store that had no sanitizer connected to their wash system for over a year; a manager who continuously over bought stock and didnt date or rotate the freezer. Stored 3 gallon ice cream rounds under the dunnage racks in the freezer in the floor. Unpaid training and meetings. New stores openings poorly managed and executed.
