Pros

Other employees are cool since they are just random people hired by insomnia not knowing what they are getting into. I have never met an actual insomnia employee (like anyone above us who actually works for be company not just the local store)

Cons

Where to start... Delivery drivers get 1.50 per delivery... There is no Peking provided so every employee keeps getting endless tickets. Everyday no matter how many deliveries I make if I divide my pay by my hours it is always 8-9 dollars an hour- minimum wage. Keep in mind drivers have costs- gas, car insurance, parking tickets etc so really I'm making nothing. Every issue we have we are left to our own devices to solve, "insomnia cookies" is literally a faceless entinity we work tirelessly to make money for yet they won't even respond about solving the issues we are encounterin.... I could go on for days

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
