Pros

Employees discount, if you are into cookies :-| Not busy with deliveries so, you tend to make more doing nothing. That's all I can think of.

Cons

You are considered a statutory employee, YES they take taxes out unlike 1099, not contractor. High turnover. Delivery until 3am no shift differential. Wear & tear on personal vehicle, no mileage, fuel or parking tickets reimbursements. Your are paid a $8 hourly guarantee and your credit card tips are included in the guarantee. You will not clear $70 on a 5-7 hour shift. No true leadership, management don't even know the classification of employees that they hire. Really low pay :-( Inconsistency shifts.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
