Pros

Half off purchases once a day when under a specific price range.

Cons

Only way to contact hr is through email, if you are part time you will never reach enough hours to make the benefits, lied to everyone in the store when hired about the amount of hours they would get, continues to hire even though there are current employees who have less than 10 hrs a week and some who won't even get a single shift, drivers are contracted and not given a breakdown of what they make each shift even though the pay changes depending on if they are delivering or waiting in store, availability is ignored when making the schedule, the same complaints by multiple employees continually ignored, multiple safety issues ignored even when brought up by multiple people, multiple health code violations, schedules are not given to employees you must come into the store to find out when you work and the schedule is changed randomly throughout the week with no notification

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
