You will learn how not to manage. Schedule is generally flexible. Come in between 7a-10a, work 8 hrs in office and you can leave. You will work from home even though there is no work from home opportunity.

-dishonest leadership -horrible culture -lack of respect -below average compensation -bad work/ life balance - no true HR Unless you like high school drama, steer clear of Insomnia Cookies "Support Center". You may notice several open positions as of 8/30/17 - please ask yourself why. Why are there so many open positions? They will love to let think it is due to company growth, it's not. It is due to the gross amount of turnover and grievances that have been overlooked/ disregarded. When concerns/ issues are raised, upper management fails to follow through or follow up. There is a pedestal complex here where many people believe they are superior. Two culprits lay within the Marketing and Ops departments. Employees are not looked at as team members or "family" (like they preach) but as numbers. Good talent filters through here like a percolator. It's a revolving door. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a job.
