Pros

Nothing. Maybe the discount on cookies but other than that nothing.

Cons

Let’s see, I worked there very briefly at the beginning of 2018. For one thing I have not received my W2 from them & it’s February 18th. By law I should have received it no later than the 15th. Every time I have tried to contact them they send an email saying someone will get back to me in 4 days. They of course don’t have a Corprate number that works. Completely unprofessional. While I worked there on one of my rides I almost got in a car accident, they did not care in the slightest. Pay is low & it’s just all around a crappy job. Do not recommend.

All w2's were mailed the last week of January to the address we have on file for each employee. If you didn't receive it you have likely moved and not provided an updated address to us. Please email hr@insomniacookies.com and they can get you access electronically to your w2. Thanks

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
