They literally do not train you. You watch one video and they expect you to know everything to do. There’s really no guidance in this position and even if you ask they do not tell you how you are doing or whatever you can change! This company sets its employees up for failure and blames the employee for their failure. Management is unconcerned about you and your team; they are concerned with saving themselves! For example they do not show you how their point of sales system works and you’re just going to have to figure it out on your own. They don’t show you really how to bake the cookies and even let you know they still burn cookies! It’s as if they just throw people into the job and see who can stick. But they do massive firings for no real reason and they clearly discriminate against people as well! I have never been fired in my whole entire life until I gave these people a chance and I’ve worked for worst companies before! This company is definitely now the worst company that I’ve worked for! It was a very disgusting and disappointing experience. I will never recommend them to anyone and I’ve also spread the word on boycotting them for their actions with me and others. No place of employment should be this way. Also when it comes to your paycheck; you will not get your full paycheck because they make you pay fees to get your paycheck from them. Who works to have to pay for their own money? Like what kind of direct deposit transactions are they doing? Above all; just know that management will throw you under the bus to keep their precious jobs and help other managers keep their jobs as a token to keep their job! They say they care about you; but in reality they don’t! Run from this place if you can! You’re better off selling your soul at Starbucks or going to a place like chick fil a that seems to look like they care from the outside looking in! Sad truth!
