Pros
Flexibility would be the number one here. They have been amazingly understanding with my ever changing school schedule, and have gone out of their way to make things work for me.
Cons
The late nights would probably be the most difficult part of this position. As the company's name implies, depending on location, a typical shift could last until just before dawn. While its easily to adjust to a schedule like that, it becomes difficult when switching from days to nights and back again, occasionally multiple times per week.
