Cons
10% of SDRs hit quota. The position is advertised as uncapped commission which isn't entirely true. Each opportunity is capped, but you can have an unlimited amount of opportunities. In my 8 months there, I've had 3 managers, ROE changed multiples times, and the direction of the org is constantly changing.
