Pros

They were very flexible with scheduling in my project. They would accomodate your personal life better than any other center I've worked with. There was overall a very nice family atmosphere as I worked with a smaller project. Lots of free food and employee appreciation days.

Cons

Very low pay, was extremely uncompetitive with other centers in the area. They started out at only 25 cents above minimum wage. At one point they offered a raise but if you took it you were no longer paid for holidays. Ridiculous. Management can be somewhat two faced at times and definitely were not above participating in office gossip. Opportunities for advancement are promised but seem to be assigned to people preselected when they came about.
