Pros

With a diverse and fast changing environment you are forced to learn quickly and in great quantities. Those who have the ability to keep up with the workforce management team at GCS will be well rounded workforce analysts as it's a great place to learn.

Cons

Upward mobility is difficult and compensation is not competitive. If you're just starting out as an analyst, this is a great place to learn, otherwise I'd look elsewhere.
