Pros
Training was great with trainer Chris. Lunch time was happy time.
Cons
After training you are on your own, you hardly receive any help , so in complicated situations you need to figure it out on your own. The QA is a joke, they expect you to be perfect after a 4 week training. They will grade you as if were in high school , and give you a zero if out of 100 calls they only hear one and it isnt up to their expectation. Worst call center i been in. It is a stressful job position for only 9.50 an hour.
