Pros

More than minimum wage. Promotes from within. Walking distance of four restaurants and three gas stations. Health/Dental/Vison plans available Vacation time/paid personal time/unpaid personal time accrue fast. Frequent competitions with prizes

Cons

Equipment is badly taken care of. I.E. Headsets/Chairs Their idea of motivating you is by threatening to fire you every 90 days if you work collections. Coworkers will lookup your id to take credit for your work. No one is rehired. Frequent payroll errors. Smoke area consists of standing by a large air conditioning unit at the backdoor. Local businesses assume you're a thief if you come in on break. One posted a sign restricting the number of GC employees allowed in at a time while I was employed.

Hours are pretty decent. Calls aren’t that hard
