Pros

Able to get expensive health insurance but it's OK because it's a little less expensive than elsewhere.

Cons

Childish management who let the young people they hire act childish along with them instead of presenting good role modeling. Management talk down about the people they service, make fun of them, say they hate them, call them names, say bad things about them...etc...and they are condescending to the representatives. They hire anyone and the those people are usually trash. They will do anything to collect money including being unethical. They treat their "favorites" better and let them get away with just about anything, where as if they don't like you, you are screwed. A real bunch of con artists who have painted smiles on their faces but are phony as heck. Management talks about other reps to other reps. It's disgusting and so unprofessional it makes me want to vomit. If you call off work, they take your vacation pay time to fill in the blanks. It's all baloney and all I can say is RUN! RUN away from that place as fast as you can!
