Upper management does not care about employees. We were not allowed to talk or be away from our desk. Write ups for being 5 minutes late. Managers have spies that listen for loud talkers and are reported. Strict dress code. You feel like you're in prison. They hire anybody, and pay really low. The Houston office is in a horrible location, there are prostitutes walking around outside and drug busts. You only get a 3% increase IF your yearly review is good enough. If you're running late even 5 minutes you must call your supervisor. No phones allowed on your desk. Absolutely no internet usage unless it's work related. Opportunities for advancement to those who have a very thick skin and can handle mental and verbal attacks from management. Bathrooms are disgusting except on the upper floors. Roaches. Some very low caliber people here.
