Pros
The company is very stable for a call center and does not lose projects as some other call centers do. There are plenty of advancement opportunities within the company. The lower level management staff takes pride in the work being done and really cares for the employees to try and lessen the stress of the job.
Cons
The pay within this company is well below average, with most inbound rep earning minimum wage or just slightly above. Some of the senior management has lost track of what its like to be on the front lines helping customers. Also they are not willing to hire enough reps to handle the incoming call volume during peak seasons, instead they have everyone working 50 plus hours at a very low pay rate for the work being done.
