- They only show appreciation towards their managers when the manager has complained enough times. - They shows MAJOR favoritism - In order to move up you have to brown nose - They don't look at how each person learns differently - They will place you in a lateral position, but have you do the work of an escalated position - They do not enforce policies, therefore everyone breaks the rules - They ignore the hardwork that managers have put in - They are not consistent - They are always changing the bonus structure, making it frustrating for agents to bonus - They hold one nice thing they have done for someone over that persons head for a long time in order to work that person to death - Upper Management wears their feelings on their sleeve - Everyone knows if they are in a bad mood and to stay away - benefits are crazy expensive
