Pros
I worked in the Mesa, AZ location for 5 years. Started right out of high school and learned the ropes of working in a call center. Good coworkers. Good starter position. Would not suggest working there longer than a year. Get the minimum requirement that most call centers require and jump ship. You'll make more money somewhere else.
Cons
The pay is horrible. I'm currently making $22 working in a call center and at GC I capped at $12. As you can see a significant difference. Upper managerment couldn't really explain why changes were happening. Upper management in Sprint treated their managers and reps horribly. You could always hear them screaming from inside the office. Managers we're always scared of losing their jobs so they would take it out on the employees which is why some of the reviews are saying that they micromanaged. In reality they had to, otherwise their job was on the line.
