Not the best place to work - Manager Trainee InteLogix Employee Review

Too many expectations for very little compensation. Management does their best under stressful conditions. My coworkers were great, but they deserved better. I was able to double my income just a few months after leaving, so employees should know opportunities are out there and they can use this experience as a springboard. It would be nice if they replaced dumb things like 80’s day with a raise or a day of PTO. Maybe that’s expecting too much from this company. Employees were dropping like flies by the time I left, and for good reason. This job is no fun!
