Pros
Positive it is a job
Cons
Pay Work life balance Too many ways to get fired Short training I work for the Hyundai section. The company does offer a a good bit of time slots to pick from but it is based on who applied the fastest. If you have a a family and your working the night shift you can’t even spend time with your family on your lunch break. You have to take it before you even fully start your shift. Training was quick and only lasted two weeks and then third week your on calls. You will have cameras on you even though your not allowed to take payments and you can not see payment details. There are too many ways to lose your job and you only allowed 6 absences then your cut loose. Your paid 16 an hour but you have to work total of 38 or more for the two week pay period or you will get 14 an hr. The health benefits are trash the benefits are trash. Also during a zoom training one of agents for got to turn of there mic and she was bad mouthing the boss and the training class.
