Pros

Management in Knoxville was helpful, understanding, appreciative, and nice to work with. However corporate-level management were awful

Cons

Expectations and job duties were not worth the pay. Why was I included with the meetings with the vice president but getting paid barely 20 per hour? So strange. Also, communication within the FPA team was awful. And people get to manipulate financial data and lie to make things look profitable when it isn’t and get away with it and even get promoted. Kind of messed up. I think there would have been more accountability if the business and financial analyst can work as one team with accounting department, since accounting by law has to follow accuracy
