Pros
I have been working with Integra for the past 4 years since I completed my graduation. Great place to work, good work culture, homely environment. Never had the stress what my peers have working with big names. My starting salary was 1/3 of what my friends got from other large companies, which was little frustrating at that time but now my salary is 10% more than what my buddies are drawing at Bangalore & Chennai, apart from salary I get regular performance bonus which is more than 50% of my salary. I was able learn many skills & was given opportunity to expose my knowledge and try different things at work. One best thing to mention about the company is that it never terminates any staff for loss of project. They try to absorb them to a different process. I was given the opportunity to switch over when the client I was working terminated the work. Am very sure very few companies does have this kind of culture.
Cons
Company should provide cab pickup, doesn't have canteen facility. Mobile phones are to be kept with in the lockers. Should allow mobile phones in to the work place.
