Low Salary and Benefits Were Problematic

Pros

If you are new to the industry, you can attain a lot of learning here, that too from very skilled and experienced people.

Cons

This workplace offered low salaries and benefits. It was problematic for me as I wanted to grow financially and achieve my personal financial goals. It wasn't possible while working here.

While we appreciate this comment. We pay market salary to our staff. Plus we have other benefits, insurance, time off etc. which is better than other domestic companies. We have a 5 working days a week (Sat and Sun off) work policy, holidays plus the other paid time off that you receive. These are better then other local companies. Unreasonably strict and selfish

Pros

I was lucky to have such supportive co-workers.

Cons

The management is unreasonably strict. I rarely was able to get any leaves even during the times when I weren't feeling well. The managers want employees to work for as much as they could without any regard for our physical and mental well-being. They are unreasonably strict because they want everything to benefit them even at the expense of the employees.

Lost All freedom

Pros

My colleagues were very supportive. They were always there when I needed them. I also did the same when they needed me.

Cons

I lost all my freedom in this company, I couldn't take a leave even when I was unwell. The HR was very rude, unprofessional, and not understanding at all.
