Unlimited PTO Seasoned technicians Administration communication with field technicians Exposure to different types of systems and applications

Cons

Favoritism Management slow moving on updating SOP Operating system for documentations and records, is cumbersome and filled with redundancies. Communication from top down is non-existent unless technicians are at fault

Literally none, worst company of all time

Cons

You will only get treated decently if you’re popular. Otherwise you’re just an inconvenient number on a screen to them. I had to get eye surgery and they fired me over it!
