Pros
As an intern the full-time employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. I got to learn new skills via workshops and on the job training, as well as participate in company events. I was trusted to make decisions regarding projects and was given the time needed to complete out-processing from the Army. Some of my projects included building a water bottling plant simulator with a cyber attack platform and beginning the development of a capture the flag environment. Everyone from Angie (CEO) down was friendly, approachable and invested in the wellbeing of the employees, including the interns. That the internship turned into a full-time position was just another positive part of my experience.
Cons
There really weren't any. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
